Soft wash is around 100-500psi where as pressure washing is almost 3500-4000psi. High pressure can cause efflorescence (salt buildup) on brick after it dries. Don’t let a untrained contractor destroy brick and paint with improper equipment or training. Problems from bad work often don’t show till it’s to late and the person you paid is long gone.
