  • Technique: Involves applying a low-pressure water spray mixed with specialized cleaning solutions to kill mold, mildew, and algae.
  • Equipment: Utilizes a pressure washer but operates at lower pressures (around 100 to 300 psi).
  • Best For: Delicate surfaces like roofs, siding, and painted surfaces. Soft washing cleans while minimizing the risk of damage.
